Step 7 — OPAC 360° Founder Onboarding Bridge

Your Founder Activation Is Confirmed. Follow The Onboarding Bridge In Order.

Your Founder Activation Path has been received. This page shows the next order of operations so you do not have to guess: OPAC HQ access, OPAC Start, your tech workspace route, and your first activity loop.

The goal is simple: get access, install or connect the right workspace, organize the first follow-up pieces, and move into useful operator motion without getting lost inside software.

You are now in the onboarding bridge. Access may be opened manually, so watch for the correct OPAC HQ, OPAC Start, and workspace setup instructions before jumping ahead.

Start here

Start with the bridge, not the whole system.

You do not need to master GoHighLevel before you begin. The first goal is to open the right workspace, install or access the snapshot, organize basic follow-up, and start the first activity loop.

What happens next

Follow the order so the setup stays clean.

The founder path works best when you move through the onboarding bridge in order. The goal is useful operator motion, not random tool clicking or trying to customize everything on day one.

1

Watch For Access Instructions

Your OPAC HQ / founder sprint access will be sent or opened manually. Use the exact instructions you receive.

2

Start With OPAC Start

Do not jump around. Begin with the onboarding lane so your first moves are clean and organized.

3

Choose Your Tech Workspace

Use the OPAC OS guided setup path or connect your own GoHighLevel account if you already have one.

4

Begin First Activity Loop

Set up the workspace, follow the first sprint instructions, and begin the first lead/follow-up rhythm.

Choose your tech workspace route

The workspace is the engine. OPAC is the path.

Full implementation runs on a GoHighLevel-powered workspace. The onboarding bridge helps you choose the cleanest route so the tech does not become the reason you stall. OPAC OS/GHL software billing after any included setup or trial period is separate unless specifically included in writing.

For self-managed builders

Use My Own GoHighLevel Account

Best if you already have GoHighLevel or want to manage the account directly. You can still follow the OPAC setup order, but you are responsible for your own workspace and billing.

  • Use your own GHL account
  • Follow OPAC setup instructions
  • Self-managed software billing
  • Good fit if you are already comfortable with GHL
First 14 days

Your first two weeks are about motion, not mastery.

The setup window should keep you focused on the few things that matter first: access, snapshot, contacts, follow-up, and the first activity loop.

Days 1–2

Access + Snapshot Setup

Get into the right workspace, confirm your login, install or access the OPAC setup structure, and understand where the main pieces live.

Days 3–5

Contacts, Calendar, Pipeline + Follow-Up

Set up the basic operating pieces so you can track people, book conversations, and follow up without losing the thread.

Days 6–10

First Activity Loop + Lead Motion

Begin the first action rhythm: conversations, follow-up, lead handling, and reporting what is clear or confusing.

Days 11–14

Review, Adjust + Decide Ongoing Tech Path

Review what worked, what slowed you down, what needs support, and whether you are continuing with the OPAC OS path or self-managed GHL.

Lead motion notice

Quick wins matter, but lead access has to stay clear.

Founder participants may receive access to starter lead opportunities, lead workflows, or lead support experiments during the sprint. Lead availability, pricing, source, quality standards, and delivery method may vary by round and will be explained separately before any lead-related charge.

The goal is to help you get into useful operator motion quickly without making claims about income, enrollments, recruits, rank, production, or business results.
